Dr Kirkwood graduated with an MD from the University of Sydney in 2022. He has worked both rurally in Orange and locally at Royal North Shore Hospital. Before medicine, Matt had a career in law and finance, and holds degrees in both fields.

Matt enjoys all aspects of general practice and has particular clinical interests in men’s health, family health, travel medicine, as well as preventative healthcare and cardiovascular medicine.

Outside of work, Matt loves spending time outdoors with his young family, with the odd moment carved out for reading or a much-needed coffee.
